What about the bug in single player whereby the game crashes whenever it tries to load a new level, the one that happens every single time without fail and has prevented me from playing the campaign beyond the first level? Is that the "rare crash" mentioned in the OP?

this has nothing to do with crytek...if you want crosffire improvement, contact amd.

Shift 2 - yes but no scaling, Crysis 2 - yes and scales, but for both we could get much better results if apps were AFR freindly

I researched graphics cards for weeks before i bought my last one a few months back, for that price get a gtx 560 (the new nvidia have awesome technology).

It is AMAZING to me that Crytek haven't been able to work this out with AMD. Are they ignoring the problem after the AMD profiles supposedly fixed the problem? The flickering issue was resolved here by changing the brightness, but performance is far from what it should be (2x5850, AMD Phenom II X6 1075T overclocked to 3.7fhz, 8 gb ram).

I will not be buying another Crytek release, at least not without some proper research first.

usernames i have to use radeon pro, forcing driver comp. to 10.10e and using the fear profile still, 11.5a really tanked my performance.

Well the game is supposedly made to work with nVidia better I mean just look at the bottom of this page!
