I just got the update to install version 1.03. I declined until I get confirmation that it fixes and not breaks. Anyway, I made this post in order to sort of archive problems and fixes that come with the new fix. I don't know whether XBox has released theirs, but PS3 released it and if any feedback on the way it works out is posted on here, it will be much appreciated by all of the PS3 gamers

i would recommend to check also the ps3 forum, i did that on xbox to see if it was cool to install the patch

1.3 fixes alot of bugs, as for quests not 100% sure it has been stated from Bethesda that quest specific patches/fixes will be in January cause they are trying to get it optimized on all 3 platforms and right now PS3 is being a pain like it always is. But to answer your question 1.3 does improve the game from what I have seen though I am running it on a 360. Although I have not seen any reports for it breaking anything on PS3 specifically. Considering the fact that it's the same patch (more or less, probably slightly tweaked for consoles), I'd say the verdict is already in on it.

And that verdict is a bunch of people playing the game and anyone who is still having problems talking about them on here. Wouldn't it be nice if people posted their complaints in the bug report section instead of the general discussion?
