There aren't really any new features, per se, in 1.03 as I recall; it's bugfixes and the like almost entirely.

That said, why would you want to roll back?

And I know these are the PC patch notes, but by and large they are the same as with the consoles, except of course the [ PC] marked changes.

i saw that now we can rotate things when we pick them up as opposed to only in workshop.


it's supposed to be things stay on shelves now, but i haven't tried that yet. i don't feel like cleanin it up again!


other than that i don't know, it was ok for me before as far as game breaking glitches/bugs. i hear alot of people saying they get them frequently but i do extended sessions and have only seen it exit to dashboard twice.

ever since the new patch whenever I hit options it seems to freeze takes a minute to get out of the pause menu

Always that that this leveled the playing field (to a very small degree) for those of us on consoles without access to mods. Welp...

It wasn't just the special book he replicated it was also ammo.

Listen I'll admit to using the special book thing a few times BUT the fact is home consoles DO NOT have access to console commands so why the hell would they remove a feature that would allow us to have fun?

Also I have yet to see any legit footnotes claiming the patch removed this exploit at all. NONE. The link above says nothing on the dogmeat or workshop thing.

Dont cheat, if you feel the need to cheat dont play the game. Its the journey thats fun....just my two cents.

If you uninstall your game (don't delete your saves which should be a separate file on your PS4) and then re-install off the disc with your PS4 not connected to the internet, you will have a FO4 game without the 1.3 patch.

Of course as soon as you go online on your PS4 it will probably auto download and install again.

At this point I doubt we'll be getting mods. NOTHING has been said about it since pre-launch. And mods should have been the first thing to been announced this year. Of Course the GECK not being released either is a pain too. No idea what they're doing with that.

Even if it does come we still won't get console commands. It's just not going to happen imo thus why stuff like this needs to be kept in.

Some people play how they want to play, we purchased this game with our money we should do as we please with it as long as it's not copyright infringement.

Agreed. I don't get why people think cheats make the game better. I thought playing the game was the point in buying.....the game.

It is for me, same reason I watch the whole movie and not just the end credits.

You can't compare movies to games.
