Patch 1.1 : Fallout: New Vegas

Post up what you find that it's fixed or broken. I doubt a 19mb patch fixed all the horrible glitches, although it might have fixed the terrible memory leaks that I've been getting.

Since I am at work and won't be playing for several more hours, has anyone updated for PS3 and had VATS problems after? I saw one post saying that, but wonder if it is just that person, or is it an issue for many. I may not update until I see if it crashes the game for people like me that haven't really had many issues. Anyone?

My game froze for the 15th time today, so I turned it off. Then it made me download the patch.

Don't thank me because that's all I have.

It's more likely your missing the resources like mesh and textures, are you pointing to the correct folder for them?

The Weathered 10mm pistol has no textures for when it's modded. When you apply any mods it appears as a giant exclamation in a box around your character. It's a common bug.

Just checked it, not fixed on ps3. I honestly don't care though, Just as long as they fixed the freezes/frame drops.

I'm on ps3, we don't get update notes. I'm sure it will be coming for everyone else soon.

i noticed that i have not recieved Boones scoped hunting rifle in a glitch i discovered so thats fixed

Miguel's pawn shop is finally open for business and completing Contreas' side mission rewards a very nice addition to my arsenal

Load times seem to take a little longer than before and there are still lag issues when wandering the Mojave or during fire fights with multiple NPC's.

You guys don't have any of the playing cards, do you?
Get rid of them - sell them (but make very sure whoever you're selling them to doesn't already have one of what you're selling).
Once all my cards were eventually gone, so were all my crashes!
Hope this helps you out (or maybe you knew already)...

well that's an interesting theory. i still havn't downloaded the patch and am getting a little frusterated at being reminded every 10 minutes. but i guess that's better than the freezes and the oh-geezes.

Take a salt shaker and put two doses over your left shoulder. Then stand on one leg while going to www.google.com; when the google search browser opens, do nothing. Just close the browser and log into the game. Hopefully this combination of nonsense will fix the glitches.

Sarcasm aside, does any patch go through QA? It's a simple procedure they teach basic IT students in community college.
