1.3 patch : V

i just installed the 1.3 patch using steam when i go to play the game it says game version not supported i thinks this is because i restored the previous version of the TESV and was using laa to use more then 2gb of ram can anyone help??

You should use the newest version of the 4GB patch, which doesn't require that you replace any files.

its still not working it says script dragon critical error i tried deleting it but then it said no script downlaod download it from alexander.sannybuilder but that website didnt work?

no it doesnt work at all when i click on the exe file for the 4gb update it also says your game version is not supported

it will probobaly work if i restore previous version on the TESV but then i wont have the 1.3 update

The game version not supported thing is Script Dragon failing to initialize. Remove it until it's updated and the game should work.

I don't know, man. I have the 1.3 update and I have not replaced my exe at all. I am using the same 4GB launcher that I started using after the 1.2 patch. The game patched today and I have not had to change anything. It just works.

it fixes everything that was wrong with patch 1.2

am i the only one annoyed he cant play skyrim today as i dont have enuf credit for a [censored] 4gb dowenload?????????????????
forced mind you. forced download.. it was running fine without this patch.. and what is this going to happen like every month? this is where steam controls us, id much prefer skyrim to have used what they did on oblivion so i wouldnt be forced to update a perfectly fine game... thx.. .

The patch is nowhere near 4 gigs.

Yeah, the patch was like 50 megs. I think the whole game is around 4 gigs? Did you accidentally uninstall it?

well if your not then im totally cufuffled.. i mean i would doubt that the game has uninstalled.. i played it last night, but now on the update, downloading it clerly says its downloading over 4000mb.. its definatly hasnt uninstalled. could there be a steam error that thinks it has uninstalled even thou it hasnt? and if so what should i do?

yes i fixed it if your having the same problem as me delete you script dragon.dll file and dinput8.dll

I have heard of some people having this problem with other games before, but I've never seen it myself.

And Script Dragon hasn't been updated to support 1.3 yet, so it doesn't let the game start.

Have you tried verifying the integrity of your game cache through Steam?

Let Steam do that and replace whatever files it wants (if you've tweaked your .ini files, make backup copies of them first or your tweaks will be lost), then rerun the latest version of the LAA application from the Nexus (Version 1.4).

i think im gonna wait befor going to the new patch..im playing with out any patchs on the ps3 and i have close to 20hrs and no problems at all. So i think ill wait and see if it works out for others.

Does the 1.3 patch come out on Steam worldwide on release or in other countries a bit later on?
Because Skyrim hasn't updated yet when i click the Play button. Or is it me that don't know how i can see when it's updated?
