since this latest patch all Water is pitch black and when I move the mouse-look I see matrix-like pixels in multible colors only in the ares of water.
My game worked fine for over 66 hours before this last patch, no glitches, no bugs, nothing. Now its almost unplayable with crashes and buggy water textures.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TAKE THE GAME OFF OF STEAM.

I do not want to boot up my ghey steam account which I only have because of DOW2(which Steam destroyed as well), So I can play FONV.
There is absolutely no reason for Fallout New Vegas to be on Steam. I want to play without steam but I cant, please patch them out of the picture.
