Patched or Problem?

Okay so many of you players had some problem, right? Maybe the birds are continuously chirping at an unusual rate. Maybe all containers except in your homes are all empty for no reason and I mean ALL. Or perhaps the common (supposed fixed) character audios stutter? Like Quill Weave and the rat? Even the funniest problems like beggars standing under covers while rain is going through. Yes I mean those glitches. NOT FIXED PEOPLE!! I had to turn off my xbox360 so it could go away. But those are problems going on still. Maybe I just got an old disk of Oblivion or something, but still...COME ON!! At least test the games thoroughly before releasing them to people. I get many problems on mine. (I'm not even going to say anything about my Skyrim) but it seems that though they say its fixed...well look again. And could it hurt to redo all of the previous elder scrolls games? Make them all ps3 and good graphics? Not that I have a problem with the originals...wish I had a good enough computer for the pc version. Oh and by the way! Skingrads butler still kills himself and I dare not go on the roads. I've had many problems that I'm now redoing over again because SOMEONE HAD TO DIE OFF A BRIDGE THAT I CANT EVEN WALK OFF OF!! You know how many times I had to go through this? I get a quest and I go to find the person who's a stupid NPC character and by the time I get there...they're dead! Seriously annoying! Anyone else annoyed? because pc versions, you can bring them to life again. Huh...y not just let them be permanently dead too? All you have to do is restart the whooooole game again. Why is it fair for pc's to revive them and not xbox or ps? Oh yeah btw...when you're doing the anvil quest...the one with the woman gang? i once got locked inside the house. I couldn't leave. Another thing is that jewelry will either disappear while you're wearing it or you can't get it off. Nice work guys.

Be sure you have installed the latest patches for the game. If your Xbox is connected to the internet, it will prompt you as soon as you put the disc in.
All games this big and complex have some bugs in them.
Making back-up save files is a common practice you should learn to use, so when you do encounter problems you'll only lose an hour or so of progress.

Other than that, if you're not having fun with the game, maybe it's not for you.
Personally, I have never had any bugs or problems with Oblivion or Skyrim.
