I finally figured out to get the game installed and what not until I got to the point of patching it with DAG213.I run the file hit y patching starts then I get an error (error creating file:)without patching it I cant get past the no cd so help would be appreciated.

the file that failed was Dagger\Arena2\S0000500.QBN

Check that the file is not read only.

Make sure the file is in the Dagger folder with all the other files, don't open it in the folder where it's on it own.

As to the no cd problem, that's different.Copy everything from DFCD\Arena2 and Paste it in Dagger\Arena2, then change the daggerfall.conf file so the Mount CD line now says "d x:\Dagger\Arena2 -t cdrom", where x is the drive you have your dagger folder on
