I have got a problem. I want to patch my Oblivion. I want to install the OOO, but my version (my game's actually!) is 1.0.228 but the version of the OOO is 1.32
yes, I need the unofficial patch. I have installed the official ones, all of them, I have KOTN. but not Shivering Isles, I have downloaded it [unofficial Patch] , but it says: it can't find the older version.
what should I do to install the OOO?
is my way is correct? or is there another version of OOO for my situation or ...?

You need to patch Oblivion itself to 1.2.whatever.

Install Shivering Isles. If you have it there is LITERALLY no reason not to install it.
