Ok basically I have the following on disc

Fallout 3
Broken Steel
Point lookout
The Pitt
Operation Ancourage

I have updated Fallout 3 to update1.7 however I still have some major troubleshooting issues.

Mainly the following

I load my save games and not only are all my items gone quests gone and all my stats reset back to a base level of 5, losing content wouldn't bother me so much however i also cannot start a new game either as when i click yes it acts as if nothing happened.

In Fallout Mod Manager, move the Fallout3.esm file to the top of the list. That ought to fix it, IIRC.
