Pathing Problem with NPCS

After reinstalling Oblivion to add MMM to my load order, all NPCS now have awful pathing problems.

For eg. on the thieves guild starting guest the competitors run start into a wall as soon as the quest starts and enemies take ages to attack me.

This has only happened after a complete reinstall of all my mods to add MMM, same load order was used before.

Anyone had this problem?

Also, you're missing Mart's Monster Mod.esm and shouldn't use Mart's Monster Mod.esp - so double-check your MMM install. Follow the guide in http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1105791-relzmartsmonstermod37b3-public-release-3-relz/.

And you don't need OOO-Magic_Script_Effect_Fix.esp.

also don't use natural environments, use enhanced weather + enhanced water + enhanced vegetation.

and don't use living economy, use enhanced economy instead.

mods with enhanced in their names are good it seems.

instead of all +5 you should use nGCD + Progress instead.

I guess you could use Race Balancing Project instead of beautiful people and cuteelf.

Wait. . . . Why? (re-sized part). Isn't that more of a preference over a problem?
