Patrol Mods?

Yea mark we have a problem, for some reason your mod causes my game to stick at the intro screen? disable your mod and everything works fine

bummer really wanted to try it out anyway I am sure you'll get it sorted out

Are you sure you aren't missing a master? If you don't have all of the DLCs, the mod won't work.

I too am having it hang. My mouse cursor never appears and the screens rotate and then just sit there playing music.

There is only one .esp and specific directions to NOT use the main esp.

Just to make sure: the mod is a little red suitcase (I've never seen this before) so I just dragged it into my data folder and then clicked it active in FOMM - was I supposed to do something else?

Anyways, I am VERY excited about this mod idea and hope it can be fixed. But my game is also hanging at the loading opening screens.

Version 2 is out and mark has got everything fixed up!

have not been able to play much so havent bumped into any patrols yet

but the lock on the intro screen is gone

I myself would love to see various patrols of each faction. Just picture this-
A group of 8 Talons, 4 enclave, 6 BoS and 14 raiders run into each other in the D.C. ruins.

Also why not have many water caravan and the "bandit" that try to steal it on top of all the other faction?
of course this would require broken steel + main quest ended

best to post this in the MarkB50k Balance thread, but yeah, the standalone does require FOSE since I use FOSE commands to randomly pick a patrol route.

There is something that make the game interesting for sure. that should seriously already be in the game., vanilla FO3. That seems to be something that just makes sense. All of these factions, but in the FO3 universe, none want to keep an eye on the others as well as what is going on out in the wastes in general. Like how Reilly was out mapping the ruins with her Ranger squad, it is odd you don't see any other factions out patrolling/exploring. In any case I look forward to trying a mod like that out.
