I bought the map pack yesterday.
My credit card is already charged, but I have no download, not link, no "previouse payed" products.
WTF is going on? I got a license number somewhere hidden in my profile and a broken link to a broken zipfile.

EA/Crytek did not responsed to my support requests. I have no other option than to cancel the transaction on my credit card company, which is more expensive than the **** map pack.

me too...tried with winrar and winzip... it says the file is damaged or in a different format

exactly! The SUpport told me, after 30minutes explaining to them what a map pack is, to contact lisachan@ea.com (Phone (001) 650 628 2748 ) for help. I send here my order number and license number. Actuelly she is not answering the phone nor did I receive an answer...

copy the dlcpack to
C:\Users\Thor\Saved Games\Crysis2\dlc

in the local version of windows the folder is covered with the localized name of the directory for example "Gespeicherte Spiele" ...
