Hey everyone, this is my new character, going to RP a little bit with this one..nothing to serious, i have never really RP before, any tips? tips to stick to the RP?
Pegaro is a wood elf who considers himself a freelancer, wandering around the wildnerness hunting, and selling the pelts, he also loves alchemy so he collects all sorts of ingredients to discover any potions.Pegaro does what he wants, his not the type of guy to be instuitionalised by any guilds or factions.He does stuff for personal gain even if it involves stealing or killing, yet he will still offer a helping hand if the need arises,right now he sleeps in his portable bedroll out in the wild, if lucky next to a campfire,he at times may stay at a inn, he will eventually buy a house.
WIll be posting more in this thread about what happens in his day to day adventures,

Just do what comes naturally. Don′t think about what you would do but rather what your character would do.

It sounds like you've already got the hang of it, to some extent. I'm noticing you're saying "Pegaro does what he wants" and "does stuff for personal gain", etc. That's a good start. Roleplay is mostly imagination. It's basically bringing your character to life, turning off the outside world, and focusing (for awhile) on just your character's world. Turn off the phone if you have to, etc.

Today Pegaro wandered around the outskirts of the Imperial City, when he came across a female dunmer bowman, he then taunted her saying *Dunmer are no match against Bosmer in the art of marksmanship, come get some!* After he killed her, he cautiously snuck up abit further, seeing a few bedrolls lying next to a campfire,after scanning the camp he notices a male bandit who all of a sudden had an arrow lodged in his head.... The bandits were camping outside Sinkhole Cave.Pegaro entered the cave and killed the remaining bandits and few rats and crabs, all while remaining undetected, they were no match for his bow and expertise in stealth.

He then exited the cave and sat next to the campfire, experimenting with ingrediants in hope of creating potions. After that Pegaro then when to bed, he just layed there staring at the stars thinking back at when he was getting all those weird looks back in the market district, he then thought it must be time to find some leather greaves *forgot what the armors bottoms are called... is that right? lol* to wear instead of walking around in his leather cuirass and underwear...

if this isnt the right area for RP threads could i be pointed in the right directon

Yes, greaves = bottoms. Curias = the top. Nice little story there. I like taking down Sinkhole Cave, it's got some unusual features and terrain areas one can sneak about.

Excellent advice, this. "Listen" to them, and it is easy to "hear" what they want to do next.

Perhaps you'd like to post in the "Where are you now?" Thread http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1354117-where-are-you-now-8/? It's a space where we all share the lastest adventures we've been having with characters. If you want to make it a bit longer the fanfic section will be good too.
