Pendragon Armor Set
A King Arthur Mod by Omegacron

In order to break up the monotony of placing items and building rooms on my Ravensgate mod, I thought I'd do a quick armor set largely inspired by http://mods.omegacron.com/oblivion/kingarthur1.jpg. The set will have the appearance of steel, yet be stronger than Ebony. It will also magnify the charisma and leadership of the person wearing it. And, of course, no King Arthur mod would be complete without Excalibur, so the set will also include the famous sword (textured to match the armor). As for where it will be found in-game, I'll leave that up to the player to figure out.

Here are a couple of WIP screenshots (texture and meshes both will be tweaked before release):

- Male Cuirass: http://mods.omegacron.com/oblivion/pendragon_wip1.jpg

- Male Coif w/Crown: http://mods.omegacron.com/oblivion/pendragon_wip2.jpg

Both sixes will have a coif w/crown, plus a warhelm w/crown, in addition to the armor, a shield, and Excalibur. I may add a cloak as well.

YES, YES, YES!! The armor is awesome-looking, the option to have a cloak would be the cherry on top. I love how it's looking, not to mention I wanted to be able to equip a crown on one of my characters! :)

Ah lovely! We need more noble-looking armours in the game that aren't oversized and Final Fantasy-esqe :P I love it so far, keep up the good work ;)

I really like the way the helm looks.

That's pretty awesome. More reasons to dl your mod when it comes out.

Glad you like it ^_^ - this will actually be a separate mod from Ravensgate, I probably won't bother with a quest since it's a quick distraction, but I'll definitely put it in-game somewhere hidden.

Well, I hate to say it, but it looks like this mod will be shoved into my "Abandoned" folder. What started as a quick distraction somehow became its own project :whistling:. The golden steel armor had been done already (and better from the looks of it), so then I changed it to a golden version of the Blades armor. Then come to find out, that had already been done too. When it came down to it, the whole point of my mod would just be to add the crown, which is already available as a wearable item in the http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=31811 mod.

So basically, I'm gonna shelve this one and get back to work on Ravensgate. Just wanted to let everyone know in case anyone's keeping track. Which you're probably not, but you never know.
