People need to stop telling Bethesda what to do

Post » Sat Mar 19, 2016 9:50 pm

Bethesda are game devs and they have been for years so what right do a few armchair forums dwellers have telling them how to make a mode for there game? People should just let Bethesda do what they want because they know what is best for a game due to the fact they develop them you don't so just stop trying to tell them what to do when you don't even know what to do yourself.

Opinions will always be heatedly shared, threads will always be closed, and opinions will never change. You can't force a person to just stop complaining, or attempting to "correct" Bethesda or any other companies "mistakes".

This

While I don't like a lot of opinions on this board, they're entitled to them. And when it comes to something made for entertainment, people are going to speak their minds on how they would like more entertainment from something.

I know that but so many people have this mindset that they more about games than the people who develop them.

"People need to stop telling Bethesda what to do"

Except for you, huh, King Enclaver.

If I cared enough, I would dig into all the other threads where you've dictated orders to Bethesda and the rest of us, and post those quotes as well.

You also seem to own a crystal ball with your prediction powers of Nostradamus proportions. Then the audacity of making a thread titled this...

Maybe try heeding your own words, Lord Enclaver

This will never change, and is not exclusive to this forum, or even this medium. Accept the opinions of others, while disagreeing with them.

Sort of amusing. Can't see this thread going anywhere good. All I need is some popcorn.

Do you prefer your popcorn with butter, popcorn salt, or both? I prefer mine with both personally.

Sorry for coming off a dike here but the definition of a forum:

'a meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged.'

And Yup, I used google for that.

I actually don't mind. Fallout 4 is a good game but is a huge letdown.

How dare people use this forum to chat and discuss ideas! The horror. I mean, Lord Bethesda is clearly above the petty criticisms it's fanbase has!

Dude, if you don't like reading other peoples opinions on forums or websites about topics based around them then...I've got some advice for ya. Leave the internet. :P

Or put every user on these forums on ignore. It's a win-win.

I agree stuff like that is silly. I thought you meant actual criticism. My bad.

Wait, wait, wait.

You make a thread telling people to stop telling a Bethesda forum their opinions, right?

Then you post stuff like this-

Why should Bethesda listen to you? Why don't you stop telling Bethesda who to cater to? :P

Bethesda could make it a forum rule if they wanted to - people could get banned for it. Yet they choose not to.

The worst that can happen is a thread like this may pop up. Usually these get closed early for one reason or another. Trouble is, this reaction can occur from absolutely anything you could possibly say. If we listened to every random who told us to stop doing something we'd never do anything.

I like a good discussion, but I would be happy to see them close the threads that are all but Trolling ones.

There was one here not long ago about there not being as many quests, or weapons, etc.

Like 5 posts down someone posts the numbers and the OP had outright lied; there are more quests in FO4, and more base weapons than previous Fallout games.

So I do get the point of the OP, if you don't know what you are talking about, maybe research a bit and see if the point you want to make is even a valid one.

There are more weapons, quests, and monsters, and there's about to be a whole lot more robots

I guess I could sum up this thread in the words of Saizo the fifth,
