What's up, Wastelanders? This is the first post I've written on these forums though not the first RP by any means. So I'm assuming that anyone can launch an idea here. So here's mine. I thought of this idea while meandering around the back of the Citadel looking for something to shoot. The automated Chinese propaganda broadcast kicked in and I thought that the Ghoul Chinese Remnant didn't really have any kind of role in the storyline (aside from being additional bullet sponge material). So here's what I thought. A non-feral Ghoul Chinese Commander attempting to carve out an empire in the ruins of D.C and beyond. He could call on the other Chinese Remnant Ghouls and also various Wasteland chaff who had been converted to his cause in a series of campaigns to extend the limits of his realm. Anyone interested? Ideas and comments welcome.
