Just as the thread topic states... do people still live in Bakersfield?

I am trying to make a map of all the places known to be inhabited in the post war world, at least as of their last mention in lore, and I know most of the ghouls left on their great migration, but do some people still live there s of NV's time?

Here is the map i've gotten so far

Black dots = Currently inhabited towns/settlements.

Grey = Lost Hills Bunker.

Green = MwBoS bunkers/outposts/seized enemy stronghold.

Larger black boxes = the various "wastelands" of the east coast, since they do things more by areas then specific towns.

I also moved some places like Redding, Modoc, and Klamath to where they are IRL, since the devs are known to have moved places for gameplay progression sake.
