Stop ranting about everything you read! I'm sorry to disappoint you but heck! They announced it a month ago what do you want them to do? Publish videos and get you a whole book about the game? Bethesda might have over hyped it and made some of us expect a lot but so what? What's so bad about 18 skills eh? So no acrobatics and athletics and Mysticism! Big freaking deal... You weren't exactly walking slowly in the game were you? How many of you used Telekinesis? Dispel? Spell Absorption? Or any other Mysticism spell except of Detect Life? and SO WHAT? So they'll be associated with other Magic Schools!

And Level Scaling! They said it's like FO3 and that's fine! You couldn't really go fight against a Super Mutant in the beginning of the game could you? You were killed in a matter of a second or two. Honestly I didn't mind OB's LS so much, or at all! I enjoyed the quest! I enjoyed the challenge in fighting against someone with with Daedric Armour, even if it was a mere Bandit!

Graphics? svck it up ! I saw the pictures and they were fine! And improvement over OB's graphics? YES! And hey! Were they HD? No! Were they printed on a Magazine that it sent all over the US and some countries Internationally? YES! Don't expect it to come in 1080p and the best Ink on Earth! Stop whining about that!

Kids? Essentials?
Guys... When OB was out everyone was crying about no Kids! So now that there are kids you complain...?
And Essentials? Really now.. If ANYONE of you went on a campaign to kill EVERYONE in Oblivions or Morrowind or FO3 please raise your hand! Why the hell does it matter if you can't kill him or not?

Combat? http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1156504-anyone-disappointed-by-the-info-so-far/.. Non-Realistic? Fun? Won't crushing your opponent's head be fun? And seriously all they said is that you can have cool finishing moves and some other stuff but how the hell can you conclude that it's gonna be bad? Did they give anyone videos? NO. Did they tell you step by step how combat works? NO.
Now I have a test for you! Try running a mile like you would normally would and then run a mile walking backwards and tell me which was faster?

Menu design ncsuacor84? really? so you care about Magic Schools being constellations? You didn't even see how the actual menu would look!
PEOPLE you barely got any info stop judging something which isn't complete! It's like calling a puzzle with pieces missing ugly! You can't because you don't even know how would it look with all the pieces in place (now don't get all smart and tell me you can see it on the box, it's just a metaphor..)

Overall overall... THEY GAVE YOU 14 PAGES what do you all expect? You'll also complain if they just gave you a Demo!

So please, this is my little rant about how Human Kind always tries to find something bad, svck it up, nothing is perfect, learn to be optimistic like me and look on the full half of the glass.
Why?
Because look at what info Bethesda gave you!

Dragons! Incentive to go explore some Dungeon you never explored! Decisions (Bring the claw back or get the Dragon Shout)! Dynamic NPCs (you killed the brother, the sister takes his place, fighting over swords etc.) and more!

What do you want Bethesda to do? Just make a game based on your opinions and your opinions only? Even then, believe me, you'll find something bad to say about the game! Just let them do their job and stop expecting that everything you say would come true.

Bethesda, just make the game you want to make. If you want Skyrim to have all that, then do it.

So basically: don't complain about anything you don't like, don't have any opinions on how you think things should be done, and above all worship Bethesda and all of their infallible decisions!

Technically the glass is always full half way filled with liquid and halfway filled with air..but still filled justsaying..

Some people complain about a perceived fault in the game, even though there is little information to go on yet - fine as long as it is civil and constructive there is no harm. Some people complain about complainers, that is where the line is drawn so I am closing this topic.
