Hi guys,

My perception is stuck at (-) 0 when it should be at 8. I have full health, I'm not crippled, have 0 rads, not addicted to anything and I'm not equipping anything that affects my S.P.E.C.I.A.L. It's been like this for about 8 hours of play time, and i have no clue how to fix - has this happened to anyone else?
