I hope someone knows how to fix this but my perception seems to be permanently stuck on (-)0. This is very strange/annoying considering I chose to make my character perception heavy. I have tried everything to fix this. I used multiple stimpacks, addictoll, visited a doctor, and made sure my character got plenty of sleep, none of it works. Even when I go into my Pip-Boy status menu there are no effects on my character causing this. Any know anything? Please help

Ya withdrawal will do that to you, any drugs your addicted to in game?

not that I am aware of, how do I check? I took adictoll anyway, shouldn't that help?
