So I picked up the "Computer Whiz" perk the other day as there are some computers that I am now locked out of. I went back to one of them (Sydney's in the National Archieve) and I can't hack it again. WTF? Is this a bogus perk? Am I not using to in teh right way? Does it only work on certain computers?
