I recently downloaded Lonesome Roads and installed it while leveling a PC up. The perk Here and Now, where you instantly get another level, is now is not active. It becomes active at 10th level and had be available to me before I added the DLC. Now I can not select it, but it's under-intensified in the perk list. FYI.
