perk question

i wanted to ask about tower of strength and matched set perk, i understand you need to wear heavy armor BUT do you need to have the helmet on? it dosnt say you need all 4 pieces just heavy armor.

I'm pretty sure it includes the helmet.

Yes, it sadly includes the helm.
