If this problem was already discussed in some threads,then sorry for opening another one.

So...for some reasons my perks don't count goal kills for perks,which means I can't rank them up. However somehow I have like 11 kills from Stealth Enhance,etc.
So this is damn issue that many players discovered during game,or it's just unlucky me?
