Ros, you lost 78 to 1 in an hour in one thread. It was about adding Fallout to TES. Don't continue your quest to pollute the Elder Scrolls.
It was about replacing the whole system by the Fallout one. And perks would not replace anything, they would simply add to the experience and give you more character customization options. And, as I said, they are not something that's specific to Fallout. If anything, it's silly
not to add them just because they're also in another franchise.
Races, birthsigns, and classes should be enugh.
These are things that you choose at character creation, while perks allow you to customize your character more along the way.
