I leveled up my conjuration skill to 100, also my illusion to 78. I equipped my paralyze spell (3 second spell requires level 50 illusion) so I could go rob Dorian and its dim. I looked through a lot of other spells I should be able to cast (so I thought) and they are all still dim. What do I need to do?
