Permanent Loss of Attributes(?)

Post » Wed Dec 01, 2010 1:53 am

I have been having problems with stability - but that is the subject for another thread. I have managed to sort that out somewhat by, essentially, rebuilding my mod list from near scratch (it is an FCOM++ set up using OBMM, BOSS and Wrye; I am also using OBSE and Realistic Leveling); Anyway, when I restarted from my last save, all my attributes were in red and no combination of eating, sleeping (I play those realism mods), cure disease potions, restore attribute spells and/or altars raised those numbers back to green (or at all). So I suspect sometime during my rebuilding (which I do a few mods at a time and test), I managed to lock in those red numbers.

So I am looking for the console commands that will allow me to restore those attributes to their rightful level. It would also be nice if they would go green at that point. Thank you.

Now I will go search for console commands, which I should have thought of earlier.

Try the stat restore that comes with UOP: startquest uop and go from there.

When you load the game, do you wait for scripts to initialize before moving? Have you removed a smooth leveling mod with this profile, regardless of whether or not you re-added it? Have you tried the UOP's stat fix?

You could use UOP's stat restore option, or the http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11368 mod.

Well... At least, we are all on the same page. I think the OP should be reassured by all of the confirmations of the offered solution. It better work... ^_____^

Thanks all, used the UOP option (also downloaded the stat restore mod). I had managed to use the console command to get close, but could not get any of the stats all the way back. Now they are all blue and correct.

Nice that it got fixed. No need for the standalone Stat Restore mod if having UOP as they're the same.
