I accidentally used both Fran's combat settings and the additional OMOBS combat settings and both add a speed penalty while moving backwards, adding up to much more than is fair. Once I realized this, I removed the OMOBS combat settings, but after playing a while I noticed that I had a permanent speed penalty adding up to -138. I don't know exactly what is causing this but I think it's safe to assume something went wrong when I deactivated the OMOBS combat settings. Tried reinstalling and deactivating again, but that didn't help. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

If you've got the UOP installed, you can use either the COBL menu token, or type "startquest UOP" in the console and get it's fix menu.

There's an option in there to reset your characters stats. Remove all enchanted items, then use the console command above and reset your stats. That should fix it.

If it happens again, you've got another conflict somewhere.
