Permanently in Werewolf form : V

I transformed into a werewolf for the first time after the companions quest line and now i'm stuck as one, been in wolf-form for 15 mins, all i have killed is a single giant and when i reload it happens again, cant use wolf form or i am trapped in it, please help. If possible i would like to avoid the console as i am told it disables steam achievements and i kinda like those.

Use the wait button.

Try using the wait button. Try redrafting or loading from a previous save. If none of these work you might have to use the console.
