I'm trying to get a rune to stay up once the animation has played. It's done through nifskope. I did something similar to this ~2 years ago, must've been a fluke.
I think it has something to do with http://niftools.sourceforge.net/doc/nif/SkyrimShaderPropertyFlags1.html/http://niftools.sourceforge.net/doc/nif/SkyrimShaderPropertyFlags2.html but I've tried a bunch of combinations and I haven't gotten any closer. Alternatively, having the animation play on a loop would be just as good.
Anyone know how to do this?
