Is the PV summoned to wherever you are in the wasteland?

Or do you have to fast travel to one location and then summon it?

If it is the first - I will use it, as I have fast travel disabled and plan to use it once I've complete BS as my reward.

If the second, I'm out of luck.

Its the first i think but i know for a fact if you use Enclave commander and select the brotherhood of steel as your team it will be a more fitting reward and can let you call a personal vertibird ^_^ i can link you if you like
