Something I'm mostly posting because I find it very interesting, and I would like to hear you all's thoughts on it.
All of the Daedric Princes are mentioned in ESO...except for the Taskmaster. Of course the more 'infamous and well-liked' Princes got really cool new lore and quests devoted to them (Mehrunes Dagon, Mephala, Boethiah, Hermaeus Mora, Hircine, Molag Bal) and even the Princes we don't really get to see anything from got cool stuff (Vaermina and her Dream Quests, Namira's connection with the Khajiit, Sanguine and his Desmene, Clavicus Vile and his deal with the Kothringi). Heck, even Jyggalag got mentioned in books.
But Peryite is oddly left out of the game. I actually asked this on the AMA and the Loremaster told me that he will be getting his time to shine. But why do you guys think Peryite is strangely absent? My little pet theory is that due to him being the literal Embodiment of Balance he was trying to fix the Planemeld instead of aid it, and as a result the other Princes ganged up on him and chained him somewhere where he couldn't stop it. But that's just a theory though.
So, what do you all think?
