I find that rather disappointing!
Gameinformer did a great feature, my favourite so far. It is hard to imagine how anyone could extract more from what they saw originally. We might not be getting new info after all, but a multitude of new perspectives on old material.

Oh, well. Keep the faith.

Well... I'm going to make a wild guess here.

The character creation guy came into the thread and was screwing with us saying "I wonder what the update will be".

And we've also heard whispers of the elves having been completely redesigned... and looking "really cool"

Anyone else think this is significant? Maybe our friendly Bethesda character designer finished polishing up some sixeh new Elf models :o

@dragonborn

I probably could've worded that better I meant to imply that I was hitting the wait button but since we can only wait 24 hours at a time I would have to press it multiple times.

I'm thinking they were shown certain things, and then had to keep quiet about it until next week.

Hopefully...

I wonder if Todd is just going to recycle information. I hope he shares something new with each interview.

I think the most exciting thing for them to show, for me, would be in-game looks at each race and the character creation options. Rumor has it they went with Bioware's approach, allowing a combination of preset 'pieces' that can be mixed and matched to create, instead of playing with clay like in Oblivion. Plus, I'm really curious how everything actually looks. We've seen humans of a few sorts (Nords, Imperials, I think a Redguard and maybe a Breton or two), but I don't think we've seen any beasts, or anything of a facial nature on the elves. If we get nothing else, I'd love that. That and maybe a real-time walk through the new menus and how they look/work.

There was a picture of what looked like an Argonian, as concept art (maybe it was a screenshot) posted on the Bethesda studio wall in one of the videos.
I really want to see how the races look now.

Finally someone who has a similar style as me, i was always an explorer in TES games because i love the amazing landscapes, scenery, and buildings. Especially in the Jerall mountains overlooking imperial city, which also have an overlook on other villages which looked very realistic, especially with oblivion on its max graphics settings.
Though it would be cool to see the cities from a ground-perspective.

EDIT:
I hate the wait

Welcome to the club :(

I second these as well. Although I'm really hoping for a look at character creation too...

Don't know if they were posted yet (I don't think so?), but for anyone not following Pete's Twitter, he posted a few more pics of Todd at the snowy interview locale: http://twitpic.com/4kgbzr ? http://twitpic.com/4kgbql

Yea, we've squeezed every morsel out of the GI and international magazine coverage. This worries me. They must be saving a new demo for E3.

Yes. It does make sense, now that you bring that up.
Shwoing off a new demo now would devoid E3 out of real interess.

I've actually come to enjoy the wait somewhat. I kind of hate how much time I waste reading speculation and discussion that doesn't really affect anything, but in the end the speculation is fun to me.
