It's 3 am right now and you're up, right?
I just woke up, and it's 2AM Central here, i fell asleep at 6PM. My sleep schedule is messed up a bit, every day i fall asleep an hour after the time i fell asleep the day before, and i would wake up 7-9 hrs later. It's always been like this for almost 2 years for me now.
Though at Thursday night, i might fall asleep at 10pm, im in bed an hour before i actually doze off (i have a very hard time getting to sleep, even with medication... And a light sleeper, if someone even opens my door it wakes me up and then im as wide awake as can be, then have to spend a few more minutes to get back to sleep)
