Signed, a good solution to the broken servers at the moment. I can't even pick a team. How am I supposed to play with my friends if we are constantly broken up by this random team picking nonsense?

I'm unsure of everyone else, but my concern is the ability to host a listen server or even a private dedicated for friends. Unranked is acutally preferred, since they are all sissies and complain about people who play more having an advantage.
