Not sure if its been asked or not, so sorry if I'm duplicating a thread. Are pets available/confirmed in Skyrim? In one of the videos, one of the NPC's had a pet dog. This would be kind of cool, As long as you didn't have to take it every where with you.
If they are more durable and useful then Dogmeat in Fo3/nv and Fido from Fable2 then sure why not, something to train and shape to my playstyle rather than assuming what I want it to do without my direct input
I can just imagine a TES pet running through a trip wire and getting pummeled in the face by a giant mace-on-a-chain.
That would be awesome! Apparently in one of the videos, there are lots of traps, (good thing imo) would be kind of cool to teach your pet to sniff them out.
What if you could buy dogs, so that when they get killed... because they will... you can just replace him? Then you can keep an eye on the stats to see how many pets you've gotten killed on your adventures. :flamethrower:
Yes. Personally, I think it'd be cool if there was a place where you could go and buy a dog, whatever kind you wanted. As long as they're not too strong. They shouldn't be like the glitched invincible Dogmeat in FO3 caused by Broken Steel.
