Well, this is broken.

So, dmg 75 + 100 (critical x2 with better criticals) +15% from laser commander = 201 dmg

with Energy cell, max charge = 201 * 1,5 = 301 dmg per shot.

nice weapon. Never look to it before. It made me want to start a new game just to use it.
