Phantom new content?

So I fired up my 360 today for some New Vegas, and the game told me it had to be restarted to add some new content. I've searched around on the internet and can't seem to find any info. Anyone know what the new content is, or if this is just a game hiccup?

nah, I didn't have to download a content patch from LIVE, it was the NV startup screen. It told me I had to restart or I wouldn't get the new content.

I don't remember the exact words but it was something like
"New content has been added. In order to access new content you must restart your game.
You will lose any unsaved progress.
Restart? Yes/No"
