Just got phantom 3 today and i can honestly say from experience (not with bow but used with feline mostly) it seems op i mean i fired while cloaked and ppl couldnt see me at all and stealth seems to recharge alittle faster then it does without phantom tier 3 enough to have enough stealth energy to get either close to uncloak armor to kill or fire while cloaked im still not sure if its any good says de activation time reduced, my best match was 20 nd 3 on airport spears

Im gonna do a test tomorrow and see how fast it takes for stealth to recharge ill post a video on the gameplay media section. In my opinion tier 3 doesnt seem bad if ya havent tried it yet give phantom tier 3 a try really helps to stay cloaked more often and get back in stealth i admit there are times when tier 3 is useless dont ever shoot while cloaked with tier 3 when u see a group coming toward u its more like a 1 on 1 advantage cuz the person wont know where ur gonna shoot from. After the game is fixed crytek could give this a small buff balance it so its usable but not overpowered. If u like rushin with stealth use phantom 3 its not bad just need to kno when to shoot when cloaked and when not to and know when to uncloak. Later

Someone needs to go play c2...they nerfed the cloak in c3 even with phantom its not as powerful as it should be.
