I've acquired an Enclave vertibird! There are just two problems...

1. I haven't figured out how to fly it.

2. I'm not sure I can fly it.

I welcome anyone with mechanical expertise onto my mission.

I may be an idiot, but has this vertibird always been here? I played on console and it wasn't here. Is this a glitch? No console commands were used. I'm in front of the capitol building.
