Phitt's Worthwhile Thievery : IV

since anything made by Phitt is awesome, I was thinking of adding this to my game.

description says it conflicts with "Guild Ownership" and I'm not sure if this was fixed in 1.1 or not ( description doesn't make it clear )

will it conflict with OOO which iirc bundles in guild ownership?

edit: nevermind, I've read the readme and the conflict is solved. moderators please delete.
