No Phone Number, and over 750 million in sales

I have gone through tech support.

I have scoured the forums (which is tech support).

All drivers are updated. Run as Administrator. Run in Compatibility Mode. Added exceptions to antivirus.

The game (Fallout 4) used to run. I played for ~4 hours.

The game crashed.

I verified game integrity.

I deleted the game and re-installed from a fresh start.

Game will not load. Black screen. Kicks back out to windows. Will not even load in lowest setting, bordeless, windowed mode.

I have spent more time troubleshooting this game than playing it. Something is terribly wrong with that.

I would like to get a refund. Or send me a copy on Xbox, and I'll buy one of those.

I called the Bethesda in Rockville. No customer service support for Fallout 4.

Ridiculous.

Someone who works for Bethesda, please give me a number to call to rectify this.

bethesda support is about as good as activision customer support... Which isn't the highest on the list to say the least...

Yep. And this isn't tech support. This is gamers helping gamers. Post a dxdiag and forget any notion that this is customer service.

Please post a full dxdiag.exe report in spoiler tags and we might be able to find your issue and help you resolve it.

Did you install any mods?

Can you get to the main game menu?

Any error messages when it crashes?

See under your Event viewer (4 hours ago, or in that timeframe). A game doesn't crash like that, without any particular reason!

It's really hard to pinpoint in the right direction.

I'm on an internet gaming shop right now. Near 50 PC's working without any crash (non-stop) with Fallout 4.

All those PC's are connected to the net all the time, and all PC's using an Antivirus as well (non-stop), for obvious reasons.

I'm in a very difficult situation, not knowing what i sould suggest anymore!

You can email Bethesda Support on our http://help.bethesda.net/. Since you're having technical problems, you may want to attach a DXDiag to expedite troubleshooting. Instructions on acquiring your DXDiag can be found http://help.bethesda.net/app/answers/detail/a_id/31171.

For returns, you'll need to talk to the retailer you purchased it from.
