Pick a side.

My first character will probably be an imperial, but if the nords look better this time around and they don't have to be ridiculously tall (yay for body modification in vanilla) then I'll play as one of the sons of Skyrim. Regardless, I'll be playing a separatist. Stupid Empire worshipping Akatosh and stomping all over cultural identity.

My first character will be a Nordic woman and she'll be against the Empire.

I just hope the game doesn't railroad you into supporting the Empire like Oblivion did. What if we *gasp* actually want some other guy to win? Bethesda can keep their canon ending while some of us allow the other side to win..

I′ll tag-team with Alduin and we will both eat the world. He can have the biggest slice

The Empire must be preserved and rebuilt into it's former glory. If all races joined the Empire, then their combined strength could withstand anything, be it an Akaviri invasion or a Deadric threat.

Long live the Empire!

The Mede Dynasty (if they are still in place) has no Divine blood. But the Empire brought the longest and most prosperous peace. I'll probably do multiple characters.

I would not support the Empire. Never really liked it to begin with, and always rooted for those who fought against them.

I'm more inclined to support democratic minarchism.

Divine right of kings is sooooo last century.

What empire? From where are you inferring there even is an empire? I'm hoping this Skyrim Civil War arises due to a struggle for power in the vacuum left after the fall of the Cyrodiilic Empire.

It's from http://www.gameinformer.com/p/esv.aspx, GI. Also quoted above multiple times.
