Personally, I dislike hard copies and would not be interested in any souvenirs or tangible objects included in the collector's edition. I would not be inclined to buy any boxed version of any PC game.

However, I could be persuaded to pay extra for a digital collector's edition if it contains a DLC or some cool artifacts.

It's gotten to the point where if I buy a game day 1, you can be pretty sure it'll be the CE I'm picking up.

Normal. I'm just buying the game to play and enjoy it... I don't really care for some collectible things...

It has piggies in it.

Ok after another one of my Invader Zim references, my answer is Collector's edition.

I had Morrowind map on my wall for years, than it got replaced by Oblivion map, that is still up (wish I had another Morrowind one, since I ended up getting fed up with Oblivion, but still... the map remains) And if they include a good Skyrim map with CE I'll buy it for sure :)

Not sure yet. I'll have to wait and see... it would be nice to have the collector's edition.

Collector's Edition

Collector's Edition first and GOTY second, like I have done with Oblivion and Fallout 3. :)

I will buy the collectors edition day one. It doesn't even matter what's in it. I *need* the collectors edition of all Bethesda Game Studios games. Especially Elder Scrolls.

Yup, after having the GOTY edition for Morrowind, and WANTING the GOTY edition of Oblivion (didn't get it for Christmas, sorry), I'll probably hold off until there's a GOTY or Collector's Edition available.

Hey, I'm a patient guy. :whistling:

We don't have a lion, but there's this Adoring Fan over there in the corner we could chain him to. :swear:

Like I said in my previous post, only Pirates say they aren't going to buy a game on a forum dedicated to said game.

Depending on what the collector's edition offers, I might go for that.
I love Morrowind's CE and liked Oblivion's for the Pocket Guide.

I do wonder what goodies will be included. A nordic beard disguise maybe? :D

Like the good American consumer that I am, I will most definitely buy the collector's edition without any knowledge or interest of what it contains, simply because I have expendable income.

EDIT: :slap: Thank you sir. On second thought, what it contains will likely be the deciding factor.
