Patch 1.3.47

Found the magazine enabling me to make Picket Fences (got the message on the screen). Only problem is there are no Picket Fences available in the build menu, only chain link fences and those made from junk.

It's not a bug. I believe there are several issues of that magazine. Each issue enables a different object you can build thereafter. Keep looking for more issues to get picket fences in particular.

I have that one but don't have the chain link yet, myself.
