In all honesty, the BOS is my favorite pickpocket target. I mostly steal their uniforms.


I just wanna warn you guys that some of the NPC won't have their item respawned.


So far I noticed:

- the engineer guy at the outside of Prydwen won't wear another uniform,

- the PA guy in front of Prydwen entrance won't restock his minigun ammo

- Proctor Quinlan won't wear another uniform


Any of you guys wanna add BOS NPC that won't respawn their stolen items or maybe another NPC?


Also, is there any way to get these poor naked dumbos being given and re-wear some clothes back manually???

You can pickpocket things back into someones inventory I think. Or at least you can pickpocket a live grenade into someones inventory lol

I've never really thought to try swapping other things into their inventory, as this is kind of counter to the whole purpose of pickpocketing lol

The people you stole the Fusion Core from have a very high chance of not coming back inside the power armor and just stand next to it, making it look weird.

All the people I stole clothes from get their clothes back though, including proctor Quinlan.

I guess each game is different.

Did you notice how many days until Quinlan got his costume back?


I noticed Desdemona and Irma took 2 days.

Meaning, they go starkers? How's it even possible to undress them without them noticing?

There's a perk for stealing equipped gear.
