so my problem is this....

i tried pickpocketing 1500$ from viper,
my chance to pp was 29% with my full deadric armour on, so i open my inventory and equip my "pickpocketing is xx% better" gear totaling 50%
now it was my assumption that my chance to pickpocket would increase above the 29% i had wit no gear on, but to my dismay it actually dropped to 0

so to summerise
naked = 29% chance to steal the 1500
with 25% better amulet equipped = 8% chance to steal the 1500
with 25% better amulet and 25% better ring equippped = 0% chance to steal 1500

am i missing something or is it a bug??
