I'm going to be porting noserings and earrings which I have permissions for (well, the earrings I obviously do since they're mine) and I'm pretty sure that is my necklace mesh, isn't it? My meshes get around a lot in the Oblivion community (which is part of the reason why I asked Slof to have no permissions allowed for my clothing mod). Did you conformulate the noserings?

I know where those earrings come from and I don't think you could ever get permissions for them for Oblivion, let alone Fallout 3 At least, it seems pretty unlikely. If you guys want similar ones though, I'll have you covered soon.

The necklace probably is yours since it was the one the was ported over a few weeks back on the Eyecandy boards, I just added the nif to my own Jewelry mod for myself. With the earrings and nose ring I have not had much luck conforming them and the pm about it I got from scanti makes it seem he is busy with some Oblivion mods before he looks into real conforming of Fallout stuff.

I really do not like releasing mods as it is always easier to let someone else do public releases since they can do the follow up and fixes. Part of the reason I ported those earrings over for myself is the simple fact that they probably would never get the okay for release from the mod creator so at least it makes my character a little more unique and they are my favorite set that I had used for my character in Oblivion. My Fallout character is kind of a human version of my Oblivion character made before the Oblivion face data importer came out but I like the way she turned out so I have not tried to see what the actual face data would look like. Below are two shots for comparison.
