The results of trying out Facegen Exchanger for Fallout 3... less accurate than the facegen render, but still good. (In fallout 3, I had to darken my skin tone a bit, and shrink my eyes, but other than that, it's unedited.)

Meh, I still think it looks good... If I make a custom texture for the face, using my own, I know I can get it dead on.
I don't know that it's the texture mate, perhaps from the front, but from the side the whole facial structure looks nothing alike, the fallout character looks indian! Trust me, the creator will always think it's closer than it is,
due to both prior knowledge and wishful thinking.
